Drop-in Covid-19 Vaccination Clinics

The East PCN Covid Hub has moved

The clinics are now held at the new location:

Stainforth Long Toft Sports Hall
(adjacent to Long Toft Primary School),
29 Church Rd, Stainforth,
Doncaster DN7 5AE

In line with current Government guidance patients are required to continue to wear a face covering in all healthcare settings.

Face coverings primarily protect others. so doing so- unless exempt – is key to preventing spread of infection.

If you have symptoms you must get a PCR test as soon as possible & before visiting your GP. Rapid lateral flow tests should not be used to confirm infection.

lt's vital that you and anyone in your household isolate until you receive your test result, and for  10 days thereafter if the result is positive.

Wash/Sanitise Hands Regularly

Track and Trace

From Thursday 24th September 2020 you will see posters at the entrance of The Village Group Practice - Armthorpe & Auckley Surgeries.

Important Patient Notice

We have been made aware of some inaccurate information circulating on social media regarding special 'rescue packs' for patients with pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Please do not contact your GP practice for a rescue pack. You should continue to manage your condition in the usual way and if you feel you have symptoms of COVID-19, go to https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 before doing anything else.

At this time of year, flu can spread rapidly. If you are suffering with flu and need medical support, please call your GP or NHS 111. You can also ask a local pharmacist for advice.

Avoid going to A&E with flu unless absolutely necessary. It is currently the busiest time of year for the Emergency Department and with the range of health and care services currently available in Doncaster we ask that patients choose responsibly.
