Doctorlink are happy to announce that your practice is now live with NHS login. NHS login is a single, secure login that enables patients to swiftly access health and social care apps and websites wherever they see the NHS login button.

Patients at your practice will be able to continue to use their existing Doctorlink login details or they can set up an NHS login and use that to access our service.

Ian Phoenix, NHS Digital Director of Citizen Health Technology, said:
“NHS login gives patients a single, secure login for their health and care apps and websites, allowing them quick on-the-move access to their health information – just look for the NHS login button.
“This means patients avoid the hassle of having to remember various login details but can remain safe in the knowledge they are accessing their health data through a safe system designed by the NHS, for the NHS and people across England.”

If patients are unsure when they contact the practice or are finding it difficult, then please reassure them about the process or give them their linkage key as this will shorten the login process for them significantly.
There is help available if they need it through the NHS website.

We have also complied some FAQs for patients which can be found on our website. Some patients without a mobile phone may not be able to use NHS login – as it is a requirement of the system. For these patients, please allow them to contact the practice and book appointments via another route.
