Coping with day to day challenges that dementia can bring
Are you caring for a loved one with dementia in Doncaster? If so Relate would like to invite you to attend a free support session.
Relate have received funding from Doncaster Councils Innovation Fund to deliver two free taster sessions to help people who care for a loved one with dementia.
A fully trained counsellor will lead the informal group, providing a relaxed and confidential environment for you to discover new ways to cope with the day to day challenges that you may face, as a result of dementia.
Relate is working with Sue Ryder in making it possible for you to access one of these two free support sessions which will run alongside two of their regular community Peer support groups.

- Monday 23 March 2015, 10am-12 noon St Francis Coffee Shop Nostell Pl, Bessacarr Doncaster, DN4 7JA.
- Thursday 2 April 2015 1pm– 3pm Redmond Centre, High St, Carcroft, Doncaster, DN6 8DP.

Relate also provide free counselling sessions for people in Doncaster that are caring for a loved one with, or are living with dementia themselves. Counselling can take place either face to face, over the telephone, or via email.
